  3. Connect electricals via ELCB to prevent shock (63A).
  4. Route cables overhead (min. 2m height).
  5. Avoid cable joints in power tools.
  6. Determine wind direction before starting work.
  7. Match wheel RPM with machine RPM.
  8. Never use poor quality or expired wheels.
  9. Properly tighten wheels with a spanner.
  10. Never operate without a wheel guard.
  11. Do not connect portable tools directly to main switchboard.
  12. Use local switchboards for portable machines.
  13. ON/OFF switch must be near hand grip.
  14. Keep idle machines visible to prevent tripping.
  15. Replace damaged parts — don’t repair them.
  16. Call a qualified electrician for electrical issues.
  17. Ensure proper housekeeping before grinding.
  18. Keep grinding area free of flammables (min. 10m distance).
  19. Barricade grinding zones and keep others away.
  20. Never use wet or sun-dried wheels.
